The video is only broadcasted from the driver to the parent when the driver picks up the rider. The video quality depends on many factors including network conditions. Video may not be available all the time if the network signal is bad.
Recently, it has come to our attention that the 3rd party turn-by-turn navigation integrated into the Zemcar Android app is not functioning properly.
As a result, we have asked all of our ZemDrivers currently using the Android app to discontinue using the Zemcar turn-by-turn system and to instead use Google Maps or Waze. Unfortunately, this means that - temporarily - the in-app live stream will not work during your ride, but you will still be able to track the ride on the map in your app.
Please note this is temporary. The 3rd party is working diligently to fix the issues and they should be resolved soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.
